Yes, I agree with you Trilly. Damien, I once said to you that you're a tough Irishman who doesn't lose his cool. After all you have gone through in your journey in Idol, I admire you immensely because you didn't get mad, you got even!
I am so glad you auditioned for Idol. Australia is so lucky to have you. When I first saw you on telly on your very first audition, I was absolutely blown away and have loved you ever since. I look forward to Idol every week because of you - it's become an obsession and you being on Idol has made my life a bit happier. Thankyou so much for being you!

Tonight, you moved me to tears, thank you.
That was by far the best version of Hallelujah that I have seen being sung. It is my favourite song - as sung by the legendary Jeff Buckley. Your version was easily as good as his, i was just disappinted that you didn't have time to complete the entire version.
Jeff Buckley has (had) a unique sound about him, and there are not many singers in the world that are as gifted as he was, but you have it. Your voice is moving, angelique, and inspiring, but is also very powerful and full of passion.
I would really wonder about the Australian public if you are not at the opera house!! You are a quality performer, and we have been 100% behind you since your very first audition. When you win idol, I will be first in line for a copy of your album.

Gee....what can I say.....I'm so excited I'm having trouble putting into words how I felt...
I had tears, I was smiling so hard my face hurt, I wanted to scream with joy, I jumped up and down, I sat still with my eyes shut.........
Not one artist has ever had that effect on me........You belong in the Opera House...not just on the steps....but IN the Opera House..

Well Mr. Leith, I hope u r proud of yourself, you have the female population of this country at their knees, u have us addicted to your voice & personality, looks, body & soul, and the stubble seems a great hit, hahahaha, I asked Eileen to only give your razor to you about every 2nd week. Seriously though, I have run out of words to describe my admiration for you as a performer & a human being, no-one since Guy Sebastian has touched my soul like you have. I am sooo happy for you and Eileen, you deserve all the happiness & success I know you will achieve, huge hugs & loads of luv to you and yours. All your hard work over the years is finally paying off, who-ever signs you, just stay true to who you are and dont let them change you for anything, mwah mwah mwah, Well bows down & curtsies to the Great Damien Leith, Super Hubby, Super Bro, Super Son, Super Dad & Superstarrrrrrrrrrr

My take on tonight is that Australia is indeed lucky that Damien decided to take a chance all those months ago...what a tragedy it would have been to miss such a wonderful gifted young

WELL DONE DAMIEN!!! You were great! 2 touchdowns...wow! Keep up the great work mate...you are a star! Then again, I've enjoyed almost all your performances...with Wicked Game my absolute favourite (if I was made to choose!)
