 Dear Damien, Your voice was given to you for a special reason, and joining idol was the way that you have given thousands of people so much pleasure. A voice like yours does not come around very often. Your personality is so natural that you can go anywhere you want. From a family that adores hearing you sing even though you make Nan cry!!

As Ive said many times on this forum, Please dont ever change Damien, you are perfect just the way you are. I am confident that when success comes to you after Idol, it will never change who you are, I know you will always stay true to yourself & your fans and give us the never-ending brilliance of your voice, heart & soul.

He makes my nan cry also, not just me. And my mum thinks he is just awesome also. Every week we are all dying to see his next performance.

Just spoke to my mum who lives in Qld, and she is now committed to Damien too. She missed Crying the week it is on - she is a complete Roy Orbison fan - but I played it over the phone to her. Trying to talk her into using youtube but I think it is a tad ...err technically confronting for her. Anyway, she is looking forward to tonight's show too.
