Thank you so much...I am just SO PROUD to be a D fan right now  I love that you chose the songs you did, and the reasons that you chose them. You proved tonight that Idol can be so much more than just a singing contest, and I cant thank you enough. I hope Australia feels the same way, but whatever result you are already a winner and always my Idol  |

I agree with everyone's comments above. Damien you are brilliant, you are hot, very talented and have one of the best voices in the world. We all love you and are right behind you and voting madly for you. You deserve to be in the Final. Good luck mate.

Thank you Damien for always being you. That is another thing I love about you, you are always so humble and gracious. I have been re-watching all the episodes of idol again. I love how caring you were towards Kody when he missed out and you were the last one through to the final 24, that was such a heart-wrenching moment, and look at you now, you have a very strong chance of winning. Thank you for blessing me with your beautiful voice, how I loved your rendition of Waiting on An Angel, the beauty of it brought tears to my eyes. I cannot wait to buy your cd when you put it out, I loved your arrangment of the winning single, it was really fantastic, you made it so much your own and so different to all the other winner's singles, that have come before you.
I am sure you will never change and thank you for being you, I love what lovely manners you have too and the way you will always say thank you, thank you when you finish a performance, it is just so lovely to see. Best of luck for Sunday Night Damien, I am so looking forward to the evening, I cannot wait to hear you sing again, cherish every minute it is just such a special moment for you. No matter what happens you will always be a winner Damien in my eyes.

Thank you for your nice words, the braff. How gorgeous the picture is of Damien, Kris, I always thought how ridiculous the ugly comments were, so totally untrue, i think Damien has a very attractive and pleasant face. I so loved seeing him on all the tv channels yesterday. He is just so charming and endearing, it was simply wonderful seeing Damien look so happy and to know we all played a part in getting him to fulfill his dream, through our votes.

I so loved seeing him on all the tv channels yesterday. He is just so charming and endearing, it was simply wonderful seeing Damien look so happy and to know we all played a part in getting him to fulfill his dream, through our votes. I agree - he's not your typical adonis, but he has an attractive face. My mum saw him on A Current Affair today and said "You know, he's really not ugly." Only took her a few months to realize that! She said he has beautiful eye. Damien, you are a beautiful person - in the words of Radiohead, you have a perfect soul, and a body that is at the very least halfway decent!  The beauty of your personality radiates from you, even on the TV screen. You are irrepressibly endearing. Your dad said you are a warm person, and he would know better than anyone else. You're the most warm, genuine person I have ever seen - and you just happen to be on TV! The sudden fame hasn't changed you at all - you are 100% an unaffected, unpretentious, genuine personality. We all love your wit, your charm, your passion, your beautiful personality! I second and third it: Thank you for being you, the best means of attracting fans you could ever employ!
