Was it my imagination or did they put particular emphasis on Damien on that show? I mean, I've watched lots of other shows and Adam Hills asks the artists questions and stuff, but he seemed to focus on Damien a lot more than most others who have been on. Not that I'm complaining, of course...  I also really loved the part right at the beginning of the show - I can't remember what he said when he mentioned Damien, but his expression was hilarious!  And the squealing from the audience wasn't bad either...  He introduced him as current winner of Idol but then said "you probably know him better for his work with the Metallosupramolecular Research Group in the Mc'Chemistry Department of Trinity College in Dublin, please welcome the Irish Chemist, Damien Leith... about the introduction!! Rest of the show just got better... D was relaxed and brilliant  |

I hate perfumes and colognes but Damien is so seductive that he should be bottled as a men's cologne! Mind you, one should have to pass some means test for decency before being allowed to purchase it as it would be mighty dangerous in the wrong hands!  |

Ahhhhhhhhhh, I can't believe I missed it. Was very upset yesterday about Billy Thorpe and didn't realise it was on. Do they repeat it at all or is that wishful thinking?   The youtube links are back a page or two |

The guy who answered it wasn't very flattering - he got to Unchained Melody then said "and something else mournful", then described him as an "irritating Irishman" or something, then he and Myf described Celebration as "something completely inappropriate"  |

I didn't even hear him say Hallelujah, I only heard him say the other two songs and I was like "yeah well at least Damien can count to 3" I was talking to my friend about that Damien question today and this guy overheard me telling the story and goes "yeah it would have been a bit harder if they said to name 3 good songs he sang" and I said "yeah, there'd be too many to choose from" and he was like "oh" *no comeback*. I'm so good. |
