Hello everyone. I am back very early because I have to catch a damntooearlyinthemorning flight.
The short synopsis is as follows:
Totally different atmosphere and concert tonight. Damien had learnt from the heat of last night and wore a red T and jeans and kept up the water supply ha. From really early in the set he started getting the crowd involved, and told lots of quirky anecdotes. There was a great set in the middle where he was alone on stage where he did his acoustic and original numbers (including Song for Jarvis but no Come to Me), and that was bookended by great rock numbers. There was a lot of "ah, some familiar faces in the front row" ha and jokes shared back and forth. He looked like he was having a really great time too - no nerves tonight. And at the end with the encores ... after starting with a kiss for GJ in the front row after she threw a bunch of roses, he then worked his way around the stage shaking hands, having hugs/kisses - ha ha Damo you're a popstar.
Ok, gotta run, the gals will be on later. I had a really great time tonight I'm really impressed with how he mixed it up and gave it lots of colour and candour.
Oh, must mention - he did Celebration ha ha ha ha ha. Even danced a bit. Gotta love a man who stares adversity in the face and says ha, let's get right on down and boogie. Well, kind of. Anyway must away - G'nite.

It could be that he did Celebration because Ozbrat and I were sitting next to each other, threatening to leave if it stayed too serious...
