There was another nice moment when a "lady" not a damienite chucked a rose onto the stage....Damien did not see it for a while but then he picked it up - you should have seen his face he was so surprised by it...........he's so cute.............and then he held it throughout the song...........and took it backstage with him..

Thank you so much Wombat for sharing this exciting night with those of us who weren't able to make it. It's wonderful reading all about it. I almost feel as if I was there. You ladies sure got up to lots of fun (and mischief ) except for Dede of course I hope you all didn't embarrass her too much lol.

Finally managed to sit down at the computer and read through some of this...will add my tuppence now...(have decided to get the kids takeaway for dinner so I can sit and post here...lol!)

Concert was Brilliant and D's amazing energy totally filled and entranced the (full house) Showroom at Swoon City. He was adorably nervous at first I thought, but really did a spectacular job. Band was great, stage was "minimalist" so all attention was on Mr Leith...Anecdotes and segue's were gorgeous...(just talk on Damien..we're listening...oh, no , actually...keep singing!)

Everyone else had done a great report (thanks! ) suffice to say I loved the version of Come to Me he did. Other 'classics' were predictably brilliant...Voice was divine. Sky was a great sing-along song despite the fact that *someone* sitting beside me thought the chorus was too cheesy to get "into"

Front row was great but suprisingly..well...close and ..err...whats the opposite of anonymous?

Gossiping with the damienites in the bar afterwards was also a laugh!

See those going tonight soon (am glad I'm going again...it was all over too soon last night!!)
