It's a bit sad that they have relegated the best person - Adam Hills - to 'presenter' and pleeeeeeaasse no 'Bert Newton and family'. They need to be blooding someone at least......oh well, they had the good taste to have Damien

I must be one of the only people left in Australia who likes Bert Newton.

My birthday isn't in May... but I think I'm going to move it up a few months with all this May activity. What spoilt little fan-people we are. ;D

I LOVE Bert Newton too kami.

I HATE the logies, but LOVE D! What to do, what to do? Ok, I'll waych the Logies and hope D comeson really early! I know though that I'll watch till the end if it means a glimpse of him!!! (I so truly, really need a life!!!)

I have to confess to being a fan of Bert - goes back to the old days with Graham Kennedy and then Don Lane. I used to love watching the Logies too when he was hosting them. But I do think that he has passed his prime (well and truly). I don't know who I would like to see there, but it is tough gig - I guess we will find out soon enough.

I always watch the Logies with the exception of going to discos (age defining moment) having babies etc.

Now I will not miss it over any dead body!!!!
Luckily they usually put the talent on early so if I have work I should be able to see, or I will just be unwell ( cough er cough)

i'm sure damo will be great he could sing the oxford dictionary and it would be great he proved that on spicks n specks.

Apparently he is "creating a special, one-off performance for the Awards" with the writer adding "we can't wait to see it!".
