Missy Higgins is such a waste of space - Damien should have been on that panel instead.  He's such a star, our Damo! Even a few minutes on TV, and he lights up the screen immediately! ;D  |

How gorgeous is it? ;D  And yes i agree Evan and GJ that Missy Higgins was a waste of time!. Her stories made me go  .... Damien just lights up the room and catches your attention the second you see him!  |

The show was hilarious and seeing Damien just melted my heart. I would never have picked the broken toilet as Damien's story, I was going with the Karma Sutra. I was rolling around laughing at Damien's explanation of how he broke the toilet. He is so down to earth (love that about him) and he went deep sea fishing after a night on the turps! As you do! As much as I like Rhonda Burchmore, I really wish that she'd not bothered to tell us (and show us) about her toe. I wanted to hear more from Damien but she eclipsed him a little I think. Andrew Denton is such a funny man and his sharp wit is very entertaining. Hopefully he will have Damien on his show in the near future but not to reduce him to tears thank you very much or the Damienites will be after him in full force.  I don't have anything nice to say about Missy Higgins.  It was a great show and Damien looked soooo cute in his antlers.  I was hoping for a close-up so that the girls could capture a decent screencap but just seeing him there standing around the piano singing was fantastic. One last thing. I never ever thought that I'd see Brian Cadd dressed up as Santa.  I loved his music in the '70's especially Ginger Man. Oh, the memories. I'm glad he's back home in Oz after so many years living overseas. |

OMG. I didn't believe my cuz when he said that about Damien. He watched tonights show and I didn't believe it. Poor Damien, hit his poor little noggin. But I have to laugh. Thanks GJ for uploading these.  |

Thanks SOOOOOOOOO much for uploading gj! I've been first of all very busy with several home stuff and voluntary work and then unwell of late thus I haven't been around much and missing tons of stuff, including this! Wasn't D just gorgeous telling that story? I had a big grin on my face during the whole sequence. I wish he'd been on longer though. And I'm sorry I missed the whole show cuz I really like Andrew D as well. I so hope he does an interview with Damien sometime soon. Thanks again gj! |

gj, thanks again. You've saved me from a miserable night feeling sorry to have missed another show!!I had 2 Christmas do's today/night. Instead, I'm so and cause it was such a cracker of a story and loved his demonstration of the whole episode ..."doing the hover...over- back... over- back..."  I hope they repeat that episode some time. |
