OK for starters ..... *pant and faint* That was certainly a piece of art! It was beautiful and full of emotion, presented gracefully and above all it was true blue DAMIEN!!! My aunty agrees ... she said it was beautiful and that his vocal ability to go from a low note right to a high is amazing and she said no wonder you love him - he's beautiful ... and he is a cutie too ... what you guys call a 'Hottie?' hahaha Coverted - I THINK SO!! Damien - COngratulations on yet another wonderful LIVE performance! I'll say! I couldn't have put it better! One of his best performances ever! |

I missed D on the news because I was already watching the tape again  Might have to go and watch again now ;D Me too, belle. I stopped the tape to rewind it and there he was again, reciting the oath. Didn't he look gorgeous?

Didn't he look gorgeous? He certainly did!!! I loved the way he said his oath in his beautiful Irish accent too I sat like an idiot watching the TV with a grin from ear to ear. I was so happy for him ;D It made me remember my citizenship ceremony, but I recited the oath along with everyone else, reading from a paper. How nerve-wracking for poor Damien to be singled out like that. He handled it so well. |

D was just brilliant tonight. I was so proud of him. I would love him to release Tenterfield Saddler as well. What a great concert and it was fantastic seeing him take his oath to become an Aussie citizen.

I think Tenterfield Saddler would make a lovely B-side on a single. He at least has to sing it again some time! *thinks that, given Damien seems to know a lot of classic songs, and that we seem to love everything he does, he is going to acquire quite a repertoire of classic covers to draw from over the years*  |
