OK..this is a bit unfair to the lovely damienites who haven't yet had the absolute honor of seeing teh Man live (or who won't ...on this tour at least)...so sorry for posting a somewhat "exclusive" thread but... Just wondering if your favourite song has changed since seeing D live? Mine has. Is now ABSOLUTELY ...SKY!!! Love it   Live with the band it was a knockout!!!  (*sending messages out to the Universe that it be included on The New Album...though think this could be wishful thinking as it's already on TWJ...) Also, adore Unchained Melody...which I always thought was vocally briliant on Idol, but kept getting distracted by the way they had to cut the song so much and it lost the "flow"....Live it was pure magic! Anyone else?? (Hope this kind of pointless gushy thread is OK...) |

I really really loved the long version of Wicked Game he did live at the concert - very atmospheric.
But he didn't do my all time fave song of his at the concerts *sob*
....... creeps away........

I actually don't have a favourite song of Damien's. I have favourite *moments* of songs and he sang them just as well live, but I can't say there's any one song I like more now that I've seen him live. I was a little disappointed in High & Dry, but the first time I ever heard it was when Damo sang it, so I'm kinda attached to the Big Band version  |

So glad someone else knows what it feels like - Creep is like one of my all time faves and it wasn't there *sob* Apart from that SKY is definatly still up there *swoon* and beautiful (just because im in love with it - anyone have an MP3?) but i love MTMG now  LOVE LOVE LOVE!! |

Lol, I'll never forget how joyous Womby was that night during With or Without You Ok well my favourite song live was the Saturday night version of Message to My Girl - basically, Damien was seriously creating "teh mood in teh room" that night  I loved Never Meant to Fail, that rocked. I also LOVED Sky each time and also Beautiful. But I mean - what didn't I love - I loved it all! |

I also love creep and Tenterfield Saddler ...... never mind.I thought Sky was just beautiful. No too hard to pick a favourite really loved them ALL!!!!!!!
