Why? That's where our minds usually are around here. We need to revive the Hut or we'll continue to be naughty everywhere else.

Saturday just can't come quick enough! You know, I've been wishing the time away constantly this year thanks to our gorgeous D. and I think it will be a regular thing from now on. After the album, I'll be wishing the time away until One More Time is released, then it will be the concert in Canberra and then whatever else Damien is going to treat us to in the future. He has become a constant in my life and no, I'm not a stalker. I've never been the fan girly type as many others here have also mentioned but Damien is it for me. He is pure class touched with humility and a beautiful voice. I haven't met him yet but I feel like I know him so well. Does that make sense? That's so spooky, Mysterri. We must be channelling each other cause you've described me & my life since Damien came on the scene and how I feel about him... I almost failed my grad-dip. cause I couldn't get him out of my mind and I've NEVER come close to being an active fan (not even for Neill Finn - who I adore). The only thing I'm stalking is DLO. I just LOVE listening to him, LOVE reading about him and feeling like I'm witnessing & contributing to his success with the rest of you. It'd be nice to meet Damien but not essential for me - with virtual hugs I can't embarrass myself looking like the total nong (if ever I get to speak to him) cause I know I'll just trip over my tongue and say LOTS OF really stupid things. (see? my mouth won't stop....) ooh ... 4 sleeps to go for "Where we Land"

Uhhh... shouldn't we at least wait until the album is released before steering the thread into the gutter? you mean there's actually an etiquette to the timing of dragging threads into teh gutter? back to the other discussion, lol, I have loved loved loved along with all of you how much fun we've had with all these landmarks and our get-togethers which go with them. When work gets too intense I look forward to all these times soooo much and look back so fondly on the ones that have past. And like you were saying, in between times we get together here as well

Ooooh Parteh Saturday night for the Album launch - "Where We Land" could certainly be an appropriate theme But if I know this place, everyone will go into teh coma playing the album on repeat and we won't get any sense out of anyone - oh, just realised - that won't be much different from normal anyway

Back again It'd be nice to meet Damien but not essential for me - with virtual hugs I can't embarrass myself looking like the total nong (if ever I get to speak to him) cause I know I'll just trip over my tongue and say LOTS OF really stupid things. (see? my mouth won't stop....) Don't worry nuffy - it doesn't get much worse than falling onto the back of his parked car while looking across the road at horses (which was how I first met Damien - I had no idea, lol, we were waiting on the street along the parade route for him and Jess to arrive and they were already there in a car! ) so you're all pretty safe that the bar for embarassing yourself is well established... and he's just lovely in person, definitely I hope you all meet him - go to the signings and say hello if you are able!!! He loves to meet the forum members and all the fans.

I think we should have a Where We Land party in the Hut on Saturday night. Sounds good to me. Do we have to pull all the naughty equipment out of storage?
