For me there's no contest - I've been dying to hear Damien sing "Crying" - he's right there with Roy Orbison, it would be magic.  If "Last Goodbye" was there for Jeff Buckley I'd also vote for that too. |

Damien singing Crying would be amazing... Out of those 4 it is the prefect choice for him.

Theres an unofficial poll going on at the Idol boards about what song everyone is choosing for their favourite idol. At the last tally, 24 out of the 50 people who have taken part in the poll voted for Damien (this is a huge percentage, as you can only choose one idol to vote for!  ) The current standings are: Crying - 12 votes Hallelujah - 12 votes with no votes at all for the other 2 choices! Interestingly, its the same result currently for our little unofficial poll here - a 50/50 split between Crying and Hallelujah! I read somewhere that they would be performing 2 of the 4 choices - can anyone else confirm this? (I'm a fairly unreliable source for these things!) |

I missed the Hallelujah and can't find it anywhere (have tried Youtube, behind Idol etc)  however have always wanted to hear him sing "Crying"...tough one. |

Had to choose Hallelujah, purely because it is more modern than Crying.
I would vote 1 for "Last Goodbye" if given the choice though.
