According to the administrator of the official site, Damien's single went gold in less than 72 hours!!!
And people said he shouldn't win! That's our man, going hard from the start!

Yeahhhh! Go Damien! Even though the gold/platinum accreditations don't really mean too much on their own (as Today Tonight points out every year...  ), but the thing is, those CDs being shipped are actually selling. And it's gonna look darn good on the ARIA charts.  |

Fantastic! I thought for a second that it is Gold SHIPPED, but man it is actually God sales! I am extremely happy *dances*. Anyway.... 8th December, woohoo!!! He's coming to Bankstown - I have to travel 2 hours but I am SO gonna go there! Anyone is going there? We can do meet-up!
