As you can tell, I have a huge case of Teh Euphoria happening the moment..so I will post what I can before Teh Coma hits...HARD!!   It was lovely to meet roey..she fits in beautifully! A true Damienite if ever there was one! ;D I'm trying to remember a wardrobe report..tonight was all about the music and D's wonderful charisma on stage..Oh GOD.. I LOVE that man!  It was black jeans I think, and a fawny-green shirt..I have lots of shots, so will look in a minute.  |

I need sleep..more later.. ;D The signing went really well too..long line of folks eager to buy merchandise and shake D's hand..one chap in particular was utterly overjoyed to meet him and well, needed a gentle reminder that other people were waiting.  We were able to speak to him afterwards..he was so chuffed that it was such a great night. ;D I kept trying to make it brief and leave..but we were simply unable to leave him alone!!  He really didn't seem to mind though! ;D |

I swear, shims, we were beside ourselves with joy! he was soooo brilliant! I haven't cried for a while at a d gig,but when he sang beautiful tonight, it was so utterly gorgeous, the tears flowed. longer and If were incredibly beautifu too..and Crying..was, well to die for!!..and Hallelujah!..gawd, just everything!! However, if i had to pick highlights, it would undoubtedly be him opening with an incredible version of NMTF..and then, I nearly bloody died when he did Never Tear Us Apart on the piano..he abolutely nailed it!!The power and control, the tones..OMFG..i thought i would faint!! I kept grbbing princey's arm and squeezing, I loved it so much!!!  Never Tear Us Apart on piano  /\/\/\/\__________________________________  *flatline* This is the song I asked Damien to do for my DH at Wollongong last year but unfortunately the band didn't have time to learn it  I sooooooooo hope he can do this one at the Doylo  Sounds like an amazing night - I wish I was going to one of the smaller intimate venues........ but then again who cares - I'm going to see Damien exactly 4 weeks from today |

  What an absolutely incredible setlist!!!! Perfect infact! It sounds like the most amazing gig and WOW did I mention the setlist? ?? Never Meant to Fail Never tear us Apart WOW!!  If WE are like this about last night (and we weren't even there) imagine how the ones that were there are feeling. No wonder we haven't heard from Princey and Krissy yet. They are probably still at the Hospital on ventilators. PLEASE, PLEASE PLAY THIS SETLIST AT THE BASEMENT WHEN FILMING IS TAKING PLACELet's show everyone what they are missing.

I agree... AMAZING SETLIST!!!!Love it!!! I am just gobsmacked that Damien sang Never Meant to Fail and Never Tear Us Apart at the same show! I soooooooooooo wish I was there. It sounds like the best show! You lucky lucky girls, I am green with envy! ;D So happy for you. It sounds like Damien was just amazing tonight and so lovely to you all as always.  |

I'll do my best to post a report, but I apologize now, teh coma has hit and my mind is mush  I saw George (D's minder) as I came in we said hello to each other and I proceeded to my seat. Everyone was there except Trilly, who was running a bit late, while we were sitting there, a gorgeous face popped around the corner and said hello and gave us a wave What a way to start the night, how sweet is that man .I was wondering if George passed on the word that we were there! The show finally started, I could not believe my ears when D started NMTF, it is one of my fave songs from Idol, I was just  listening to it, Damien looked and sounded awesome as always, I love the way he leads up to his songs with his little stories, the whole list was just awesome, every single song had me looking like ;D Damien really knows how to work the crowd to suit himself, the songlist for the night was awesome, he had me hanging on every single word. The meet and greet was very popular, I think nearly everyone in the place lined up to say hello and get something signed and off course Damien was very generous with his time to each and every one of us. I really can't wait to see what the next few show here are going to be like, I'll be unable to do or say anything by the end of it all, he just keeps on getting better and better
