 I also meant to say that driving home last night I was just under 10kms from home, AIWIY came on the radio (MIX of course  ), so up went the volume and I heee heeee heeeee'd almost all the way home.  I was on a 6 lane (3 each way) highway, so I wasn't disturbing the locals.

Thanks for all the fabulous reports, ladies. Its great reading about it from all your perspective, on really gets a wonderful overall "picture" of the night....especially with your different styles of writing.  Such a shame about Indie, I hope she is better for the next concert. Braffy, had to laugh about the posters!  You MUST be running out of wall space to hang them? Neski, that was hilarious about that woman who thought Brendan was Damien's manager and he shouldn't be "sucking face" with a "groupie"...what WAS that woman on!!? |

I was laughing as much as possibly without showing you were being rude   I've got no idea what she was on but damn, I think she needs to cut down haha. |

He was standing casually, but he did have the look (all decked out in black with a white tie) - this wouldnt have happened if he wore colour like I tell him lol.

OMG I'm trying not to laugh too loud Braffy and the disappearing posters, poor Eric's hand (actually, not funny at all - but the shoe is!), Neski's "one particular woman"... and Damien's new manager (NOT!) aka Brendan who sucks face with groupies!! that takes the cake What a lot of fun and wonderful memories from this Phase 1 of the tour. It really sounds like a completely fantastic way to finish off the tour... except for missing Indie. I hope she gets better soon, poor thing! Thanks for the exciting reports everyone. It sounds like Lizotte's is the place to be next time. I wonder how booked out it is already? |

Ah Neski and Brendan, you two are just priceless.  What a riot! The fact that Brendan smelled so nice and looked very cool may have been a driving factor in the overt attention from the groupie lady who was trying to make herself known to him. Welcome to the gang Brendan.  And you never know, Damien may be in need of a new manager one day.  It's not good that Indi wasn't feeling well but I think the outcome will have a happy ending. |

Bwahaha. Hey, if Brendan was his manager at least we know one thing ... we'd definatly be running the show - god knows Brendan is a good boy and does what I tell him to do lol. But seriously, I still feel sorry for him He enjoyed himself too. Which is good. *sigh* Eric ... gotta love the E man |

 Brendan was DEFINITELY the 2nd hawtest man there. He was wearing a lovely suit, he has a gorgeous face, smelt nice divine, a smart, neat haircut and was with a beautiful groupie woman. He was standing talking to us at our table which as I have mentioned was almost on the stage, so she may have thought that 'Brendan the minder' was keeping us at bay  I mean, after all, those boxers did come from our table  She was going on about the signature that she wanted for her mum who is a big fan. When she came up to us Brendan later and said how she had paid $500 for it  and we looked at her and she admitted that her friend had done it but 'her mum is 75 and wouldn't know the difference and she will probably be dead tomorrow anyway ' and then she laughed. I didn't find that funny.  Brendan is a wonderful young man and took all the nonsence from this woman really well. It was a shame when the evening was over and we all went our seperate ways.

This definately is one of the funniest stories so far. Bwhaha! that lady sounds a bit "out there" Brendan sounds like a real honey Neski, and glad he enjoyed himself. ;D Poor Eric's finger ..and D loosing a Shoe?   how does one loose a shoe in a room?  or shouldn't I ask!!  What a great way to end Phase One! |
