I am so buggerd. Damien, Eric and Indy were on fire. They absolutely loved the show as Damien told us afterwards and it really showed. They were having so much fun on stage, it was great to see.

Ok I don't even know where to start with this, I'm absolutely hopeless at reports and remembering things in sequence.

Firstly, I need to get something off my chest!!

WE GOT LOST AGAIN!! Can you believe it!! This time I was told we wouldn't get lost because we had a NAVMAN!! or whatever those stupid computerised things are called! Give me a roadmap anyday!

We left home at around 6.15pm and we should of made it to the club by at least 7pm!! This stupid Navthingy told us to go through the CITY!! bad move!! then Sis had only told it to go to Hamilton Road Chermside! if anyone knows this road...it is LONG!!! Once on Hamilton Road, we phoned Smiley and Bella and asked which way to go..they told us the other name of the street to get to and we punched that into the Navthingy!....I said to Sis, you did say chermside didn't you??? She said YES!! ok, so off we go and we were only about 2mins away from the place, when all of a sudden we are on the Freeway and this Navthingy says we have 29KLMS to go!! ok, by this time I'm having kittens and swearing my head off, as it was now 7.20pm and the show starts at 8pm! We take the next exit off the freeway and turn back and we punch in Hamilton Road again and next thing we know we are driving out bush somewhere and there are no streetlights!!! I said to Sis this is ridiculous, just throw it out the window!! (she didn't) we rang Smiley AGAIN and realised we were on the wrong side of Hamilton Road in the first place and that's why we couldn't find this place. Finally at 7.45pm we turn into the Carpark and go running into Smiley and Bella's arms. We were sooo happy to see them!

and just for the record, Sis didn't punch in Chermside the second time around, and Navthingy was taking us to Caloundra!!

Sorry about all that, I just needed to get that out!


Ok, on with the show!!

Damien came out to a loud applause from the crowd, the place was about 3/4 full from what I could see, so it was a great turnout for a Thursday night. There was a bar in the room and we had a Table!! ok, I'm pretty excited by the table thing as you can see! we were right in front and had a fantastic view.

You've heard the wardrobe report, I take it that means Damien has lost that little bit of weight he mentioned that he had gained! *I'd still like to know where that was!!* as those black jeans were very nice indeedy!

Poor Eric and his eye problems! it didn't stop him playing that guitar with gutso though, god he is good isn't he! We missed out on Eric at the last tour so this was a nice treat for those who haven't seen him play with Damien and Indy.

Indy was in great form too, she was laughing and chatting on stage, which I haven't really seen her do much of, so that was fantastic to see all three of them having a great time.

Damien's voice was amazing, as usual. Alone was just Amazing and our little group stood up at the end of it and clapped. Thank you Damien for singing that

I just love Everybodys Talking, and can't get enough of the WAAAwawaaaas. Toot Toot. There's just something about that song that gets me rocking everytime. ;D

Fishermans Song was a treat too as was Cold Cold Heart. Bigger Plan isn't one of my Fav originals, but hearing it live last night was really good and I got right into it. I did video it and once I work out HOW to upload it, I'll post it for you.

The spontaneous laughs, chatter and jokes were hilarious, I'm not good at remembering word for word so I'll leave that for Smiley to report, unless D mentions them again tonight, I might take more notice and report back after tonights show.

Also a great surprise was We Will Rock You by Queen! not all of it but a a chorus and verse or two. I've videoed that too.

We saw Andy and had a quick hello to her, and chatted to Christyl at Interval quickly, Everyone was having a great time and really enjoyed the show.

Tonight we are having a Piano!! Woohoooo! can't wait for that. Damien said that he didn't bring his one that he brought, as he is missing a part or something. But this venue tonight has it's own piano so we are stoked about that.

We saw D and Eric for a few minutes after the show and had a quick hello and photo, and told him how wonderful he was. ;D He is the sweetest man ever

Thank you Sis, Bella and Smiley for a fantastic night, can't wait to repeat it again tonight and Saturday night with you all. ;D

Yes Carla I'm smitten! that seems to happen to everyone after a concert. he has TEH CHARM!

Sorry this is so long, but it's either all or nothing with me!

lol but at the time though you would have been freaking out with only a while to go til the show started and the navman saying over 20 kms to go when you knew you were so close!! - the sort of excitement you don't need at a show!


loved the big report and all the stories, Roxy, it's like being there! Can't wait to see all your pretteh later!
