Hi again guys, Looks like we might be out for the count. Mum has been in bed all day and I'm yet to see hide or hair of her, we think she caught severe food poisoning when she went out for lunch with friends yesterday. Dad stayed home from work to keep an eye on her and got her some tablets from the chemist, but even if she does feel better later today, I don't think she'll feel up to making the trip all the way up to the Hunter Valley. Dad has offered to take me instead, but it's a long time to leave a sick lady and a teenager home alone (and the teenager won't take care of her at all, I can tell for a fact ) so the best thing I think is to give it a miss. Thanks for offering a lift Dawn, if the venue wasn't so far away I'd take you up on it or drive myself, but it's a lot of hassle, I'd have no way to get home unless Dad drove a 2-hour round trip to pick me up, so it's better to save the hassle and skip it this time round Tell Damien I said hi, much love and have a great time everyone

well don't expect any sense out of me we are just back in our room after a briliant Hut and funtarstic FUN show and lots of laughs and catching up and did I mention FUN!!! a few little highlights but I will be back when I get home again to tell proper stories of it all. We had a brilliant spot right up the front and it was a lovely mild night, but we did need the shawls later and we were all rugged up there with our pilliows and rugs - lol, yes we all were at the front of the line and just threw our rugs bags everything we had at that front spot to "colonise" it and then we tidied it all up and made a settlement Our birthday girl had the MOST BRILLIANT NIGHT and Damien gave her the lovliest suprise by singing her birthday song and we all were just totally thrilled to see. I will leave her to tell all the story as it was so exciting!! Damien was in a great fun mood tonight and there were many great moments, Dawn has the setlist for you all. Damien, Eric and Indy all saw us when they came on stage and gave us lovely smiles through the show and we all enjoyed the laughs and gorgeous songs, it was a bit like the St Pat's Day picnic atmoshpere but in a nice closed off grassy spot off the terrace. They had a sausage sizzle going and some of us got steak or sausage sandwiches etc for dinner. Everyone is smiling, was such a good time, great atmosphere. No new songs tonight (Eric was saying because there were no keyboards) however we heard one song at soundcheck and HOPED it would be in the set and IT WAS!!!! Well, what was it??? MESSAGE to MY GIRL!!! We were so thrilled, the return of such a great old favourite! we were all singing along and just loving it all tonight, was wonderful! Now I must get to bed - we are all enjoying that our bedspreads are covered in SHAMROCKS, very sweet!!! The Damienites are going on patrol through the Hunter Valley tomorrow morning for some wine tasting, so watch out Pokolbin, we're here lots of laughs, my memory will be jogged when I see Dawn's setlist but Damien was enjoying telling a lot of funny stories tonight and the whole feel of the show was upbeat and just a great night out with friends, we all had the best time. Thankyou so much to Damien for giving us all such special memories and especially for the wonderful surprise for our birthday girl, who is beaming Loved seeing you all again, didn't we have a blast. Back later with video and pics - and OMG the pics Carla's hubby took - we were gasping looking at them on the camera later everytime we saw one of those ones that were just so perfect! ok well I HAVE to get going, see you all a bit later on I'm so sorry you couldn't be here Hyp and Hypermum, and I hope you will be well again soon we were all so sorry to hear you couldn't be here
