Have had a ball reading all these stories - and thank you soooooo much Shims for the great vids  I wish I could have been there to share your birthday with you Carla but I'm so glad you had such a wonderful time. And the most precious gift of all would have been those video messages from your gorgeous kids   You're so lucky to have such a thoughtful DH - the only thing mine has given me lately is this rotten cold  *sniffs* |

Awww thank you so much Shims for posting this. I absolutely enjoyed every second of that...it was gorgeous. I must say, I like how D slightly changed the lyrics... "I don't want to say I want you, even though I want you so bad". (if I heard it correctly?)...it's usually "so much"...I really like "so bad" though!!!  VIDEO MESSAGE TO MY GIRLThanks so much to b/f who so kindly filmed this for me so I could enjoy watching lol, as Sis might say, Damien "Shines like the Sun" here as my old camera just couldn't cope with the lights (this was my backup after the camera phone died) and Damien is a little like a sunbeam here with the lighting effect, but all the same I hope you enjoy, he does this song so beautifully |

Thank you everyone, I'm so glad you enjoyed the vids and they helped show some of the feeling of the day  Carla that really was the most awesome birthday to remember forever I love those little changes Damien throws in  and remember at Swoon City Damien changing the same words, and thinking oooh, that's different! I think it was Braffy that asked me after the show if I was crying during Message to my Girl.... And yes, I was But, they were not sad tears...I can assure you of that. I was just totally overwhelmed/blown away by EVERYTHING. I am was absolutely feeling like the luckiest gal on earth! |
