I just heard on the radio: "Silverchair and Damien Leith have received last minute nominations for ARIA Awards". Then they said something like for the first time ever, the highest-selling single and the highest-selling album now include digital sales as well as physical sales. Good luck Damien! |

I just saw Damien on Video Hits and they were announcing the top selling single nominees. Damien thinks Silverchair has it - I reckon he's in with a good chance though. If he beats Missy Higgins I will laugh for the next month.  Oh, and they were handing out fashion accessories for the red carpet and they made Damien wear a bandanna.  |

The Aria booklet that came with the Sydney Sun Herald has Damien for three awards. Highest selling single and album and Breakthrough Artist single.
Now I am confused if the award for highest selling single or album now includes digital sales and that Damien and Silverchair were just added because of that - would that mean they didn't qualify on physical sales?
