I hope you do over the next few days. You will have to let her know of the concerts coming up. Of course I've told her already about them, She lives around the corner to one of the venues coming up! She knows believe me! ;D

That Pic of D in the Hat has always been one of my favourite photos. Just love it. I hope it was the hat from DLO that he wore, such wonderful memories Not to mention he looks Damn Fine in it! Thanks Tara, so glad you had a fantastic day .....and Grrrr about Security, what's with that!!! They seem to be a bit more full on up here! I still shudder at the memories of Kallangur!!! I also remember saying to the Security guy that night...Have a look around you!!! What do you think all these "older" ladies/gents are going to do??? It must make them feel tougher or something!

Sounds like you had a fantastic day Tara. I would imagine you are still in teh coma. ;D It was too bad about the security and not being able to take photos. I don't understand what the big deal is. Great to hear about the line-up of people and the selling of the cds.

It is strange about the no photos rule, especially as it is an outside event.

just started uploading from camera knock on door power getting turned off til 4.00pm so grrr from what I saw it sure looks like your hat, and don't forget they are not good very unprofessional camera (operator). Too many red wines :lmao you could take pics of him singing but he was in the shade and we had the sun right in our eyes. so there are 4 and some of the crowd plus vid when I get them done. Damien was sitting inside the merchandise tent signing and the queue was very long so they prob thought if they let one then everyone will. there were thousands there yesterday.

Thanks Tara for the great report, sounds like it was a fabulous day out. ;D Aww, D sang Tenterfield Saddler and wore the Akubra. How brilliant, I bet it brought back all sorts of memories about his citizenship ceremony and that day in general. As the others have said, what a perfect way to celebrate for him. Yay D, keep knocking em dead and selling those Remember June CDs! Awesome! ;D Hmm, hope the security is a little less heavy handed in Vic. Silly buggers. Mind you, we're far better behaved than you y Northerners! s Roxles, I know you would have loved to be there .

Thanks Tara. It's so lovely to see D wearing the akubra and singing TS, it sounded gorgeous. Nice pics, NOT feeble at all. They show the atmosphere well.

Thanks for the video Tara. I would say it was definitely the hat that we gave him from DLO.
