True Kath, They gave the waltzes to the "lesser dancers" didn't they.. forgot that.  D obviously had a bit of brain fade, steps wise, but boy, he picked it up and finished SO well! |

My comment to DH exactly Trills. Manu did a lot of standing and twisting his upper body and his partner did all the dancing. I was surprised the judges didn't comment, geez, if I can notice it they should be able to... but then, I think they wanted him to win tonight... we'll soon see, scores coming up~
Wonder who'll go out tonight?

What's with the judges comments re Manu? Helen didn't mention Manu at all and what did Todd say? I missed it.. talk about setup..IMO they were told to give Manu a good run no matter what. I think his performance wasn't anywhere near Damien's performance. At least Damien danced! Preparing to be indignant a tthe scores...  |

WHAT A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS!
I was right. That was pre-ordained. There is now way in the world that that dance was anywhere near a 9. Even hubby is indignant!
I now predict that Sunrise etc will wax lyrical about Shabu shabu's 999 performance all week.

Hmm, I didn't like the way they did that with Damo..I had a feeling they'd hang him out to dry this week..how dare he get 9's last week. Grrr. That Manu thing is rubbish! |

EXACTLY! If the judges couldn't find a word of praise..it says a LOT! Look at how they spontaneously heaped praise on Damien last week...Helen didn't even mention Manu's name! And Josh's praise was very insincere IMO. What did Todd say? Oh well next week Damien and Mel will show 'em how it's done! |

Agree, Manu's dance wasn't the best I've seen, Damien's was much better, plus his dance last week stomped all over that one that Manu did tonight!! I felt sick watching that elimination!!  |
