I'm very p.....d off with the judges/judging tonight!!!  Definitely pre-ordained that Manu should win... will be interesting to see what publicity he receives this week after getting all 9's (not deserved btw) when Damien received no publicity at all for his effort last week. I nearly shat had a heart attack when he was in the bottom 3, completely undeserved as with Lara... beginning to think it's all a big set up and no matter what Damien does he will never win with the odds/favouritism stacked against him Sorry, I'm VEEEERRRRRRYYYYY MAD!!!!!  |

What a crock, Alana did do most of the dancing, Manu wasn't bad but i didn't think he deserved 9's in the scoring. Jan was very upset about being outed, its hard but someone has to go. I hated the way they kept D until nearly last, he got the top score last week but of course they called Manure first, me thinks there is a lot of favourtism happening there, D must have been very nervous about being in the bottom 3 |

I think I just nearly died of a heart attack!  Typical of them to leave Damien to nearly last and Manu first for this week!  He must of been freaking out! I know I was! And of course Manu will get all the publicity this week Shake it off Damien! Focus on next week, and smash that dancefloor like I know you will! ;D

I thought I saw Manu actually fluff his steps too..but I'd have to watch back to check. :/ Yep Smiley, I noticed too.. in the limited actual dance steps he did there were a few clumsy looking ones.  I'm trying to be impartial here, but something stinks about tonight's judging. |

Agree Krissy..next week the battle is on! So agree Glawz..with everything you said. I think after last week the producers have gone into overdrive..they can't have D show up their star attraction. I got the impression the order was Manu top score tonight no matter what. I would have been ok if Manu had done a great dance but he didn't, not by a long shot.  |

Did you notice how disappointed Damien looked at being there in the bottom three, how disheartening for him and Mel, totally undeserved as well as for Lara who shouldn't have been there either. Is there some way we can get to Damien to boost his confidence for next week... apart from voting? He needs to know that he was better than Todd said - that this looks like it's got up for gigs, and to just get up and show 'em next week. I would imagine it would be difficult to regain confidence back to the previous week's level after what they said to him this week. Having said that, it may make him more determined to succeed... it did on Idol. |

I too was surprised Bingle was in the bottom 2 Glawz, I was thinkin' "what the " But I guess that's television girls! They do that stuff to stirr the pot and make people talk. Send lots of love Damien's way this week everyone.  Obviously we all know not every week is going to be sunshine and rainbows for our man, but we just have to keep voting like mad and support and love him like crazy! ;D   DUH! He's the best freakin dancer out there(not just saying that to be biast!  ) |

Does being in the last three actually mean he was in the bottom three voting wise? Or is it only the last two?
I thought Allana's choreography was very good, it was an interesting dance to watch, but Manu wasn't that good. I actually like him (unlike most of you) but I thought the judges' comments were very suspicious - no comments on his dancing AT ALL! DH suggested they didn't want to perjure themselves ;D
D won't be too upset, he's not the type - he'll bounce back next week when he should have ballroom rather than Latin I think.

I Agree with everything you guys said... When I was watching Manu.. I thought WTF he isn't even really dancing ...at least Damien danced !! I LOved Damiens performance ... who cares what the stupid judges say Kath I pretty sure it is only the bottom two that counts for the voting.. all the others are in no particular order.... but I still didn't like the way they made them wait  I know Damien & Mel will be fantastic next week.... I will still be voting madly

Haha snap Di!  And I agree with you, at least Damien danced! I wasn't watching Manu at all, simply cause he was hardly doing anything. I was wathing Alana (her legs are so long omgosh! ) |

 still recovering from that elimination round Am fairly sure that the elimination is in any order except for the bottom 2, so was awful to see Damien & Mel standing and waiting so long like that. So fantastic that they got through which OF COURSE THEY SHOULD considering he is one of the top dancers there this year!  Just watching it back, Damien's footwork was really fantastic, he was flying up the floor doing a lot of complex steps and they did some very difficult lifts! Though he may have had a couple of fade in/out moments, he did very well technically with the footwork as Helen mentioned in her comments. Was great to see the way Damien centred himself with Mel with a big smile and got himself into the routine again, very supportive partnering! Good scores were definitely in order and glad to see Josh and Helen deliver those! Good comment by Josh when he said that Mel partnered Damien really well by choreographing routines suited to his style. Was a beautiful idea to have the "Sparkly Samba". I loved the sweet Strictly Ballroom overtone it had and the mirrorball shimmers all over them and the dancefloor, it looked absolutely gorgeous! Damien and Mel both had great costumes again this week! There was a bit of a thing on twitter about whether Damien should wax his chest and get the fake tan going - Damien we love you exactly as you are and wouldn't change a thing!!! You look masculine and gorgeous without changing anything!!! But this is your thing - go for it and do exactly what YOU want to do - if you want to wax teh beloved chest hair it will always grow back, if you want to do some shirt ripping with a tanned look - have fun with it! You're going to look great whatever you do and we are going to love seeing whatever you've got planned! I couldn't say that very well in just 140 characters! Can't wait to see Damien doing some of the more passionate dances like Argentine tango & Rumba which I think will suit him like a glove, he will be able to totally work that eye connection and dramatic presence which was so obvious in the foxtrot. That was such a difficult dance, now onto next week - cannot wait! Take care Damien and hope that you recover quickly from your sprained neck, please stay injury free Saw a lot of the stars this week commenting on the injuries, after all these weeks of intense dancing no wonder all their bodies are starting to feel the pain. Before I go! CONGRATULATIONS again to Damien on the GOLD for Roy - that was a beautiful moment when Molly came into the studio to surprise him and give such a beautiful presentation  |
