1. Go to www.air.org.au, which is the website for the Australian Independent Record Labels Association. 2. Put your mouse over the Charts menu. 3. Select the Chart you want to look at (either 100% Independent Albums or Independent Label Albums).
Chapter Seven is #6 in Independent Label Albums and #2 in 100% Independent Albums this week.

My Parcel was waiting for me when I got home from hospital, so only 7 days overdue . Please excuse me if I am repeating things that have already been discussed, coz I am a bit out of the loop. A bit disappointed with my top of the range package deal, as I mentioned on FB on release day, my digital download would not open. Luckily Tina resent me her email which worked, but didn't give me a chance to burn to a disc so I could listen to it in the car on the way to the shows. And I never did work out how to get it from my download file to ITunes so that it could be played on repeat. The Calender! Well I was expecting a spiral bound flip by month type calender but all I got for my $95 was a single piece of paper, which I guess will end up on the back of the toilet door . The xmas CD, I must say I haven't listened to, but I must say it is not a list of my favourite carols, but I sure D's voice will convert my thinking. And the fridge magnet?? wasn't I meant to get one of those? I didn't and I just haven't had the energy to contact SFR, I am sure they will resolve that quickly. I do most of my listening in the car and did not drive for a week after I came home from hospital and when I did the distance each way was about one songs worth, so it's taken me a long time to "get in to it" And the one thing I didn't want to do was listen to it whilst I was in pain, that would have spoilt it for me!

Hi Deb, hope you are recovering well. You have been in all of everyone's thoughts. Deb just contact SFR, I can't speak for them , but I think it's just the 'teething stage". Send Jen a msg. I also think without everyone's feedback, whether it be good or bad, they are not going to know. Deb you will love the Xmas CD, they might not be your pick of songs but I think you will be surprised! I can't wait for New Year......just love , love Old Lang Syne. I could not do the down load either, but that is probably just old Plugz not the most technical person as all truly know now...... . But when you are well enough send in your feedback, because I know they will appreciate it. And as for Chapter Seven, my boss is still concerned she will wear it out, as we hit play all day! I must count how many times we hear it from 900 till 530 pm . I am truly not sick of it......I think some people are getting sick of me though....... Well nowI have It's Christmas time as well.......... 2 on play all day! Spud that was very interesting information, thank you. Number 6 , how great! We need a number one..........hope so hope Damien gets it! Question for everyone, how much airplay is all hearing? I ain't! And need a plan there to try and get some. Have rung, have emailed, any tips anyone?

Thanks Plugger, still must get to contact SFR. I have given up on airplay! When Damien mentions the word "single" I tend to mutter under my breath something like "what the hell does that really mean??" Just found this on FB www.siriusxm.com/thecoffeehouse and thought they might be interested in Damien.

Damien's new single I Can Stop You Crying is stunningly beautiful, it actually makes people cry, this is a rare gift Damien has that most other singers don't.
So come on everybody guests and everyone else ring up as many radio stations as you can and ask them to play 'I Can Stop You Crying' and keep ringing.
Radio stations need to know that people want other songs besides the same few songs they play over and over again.

Hi all! I am tending to agree totally with Zeeta. I think there needs to be a whole new "unite" every fan and listener and contact the radio stations. Braffy what do you think? Could something be put up in here ? I have found the same problems as Zeeta, you contact the radio stations and they all agree Damien's music is great, but it's the competition, Guy , Jess, Shannon and Jimmy in our area. Jen if you are viewing you may have some ideas. Maybe if the suggestion or idea came from yourself or Damien it might swing people into more action. I was even going to offer a donation to the radio stations picked charity, if they would just give some airplay. I am on holidays at moment so will chase it up when home. Need to unite and put our heads together to get D some airplay. Dawn, Glawzy, Spud, Smiley , Sue, Trills, Annie , Krissy, Di........and of course you Braffy, Brian, Zeeta ( you started this - and well done)...........Nixter.......Jess....anyone else I have missed sorry! Put Heads together! D needs at campaign to get airplay.........how do we all do it?

Thanks braffy, I didn't look anywhere else, I had noticed that CHARMERing woman had been on so I came on to say something nice about Damien.
plugger's right The DJ's all like Damien's songs other singers and celebrities love his voice, Estee Lauder picked his song out thousands for their perfume ad.
When Damien sang at World Youth Day a few years ago it was him the media raved about, and him the 150,000 youth were chanting Viva to when he sang, and the year he danced on Dancing With The Stars
the ratings were huge. So you would think radio stations would get the message that people like him and that there is something fishy going on on their radio polls.
So come on every one please ring up as many radio stations as you can and ask for I Can Stop You Crying.

I received an iTunes email yesterday. Normally I don't have time to read them, or listen. Well I did for some reason and Beyoncé , mentioned we are loosing music, song and artist to technology. It's a few seconds, and no one is really looking or listening to the artist anymore. She mentioned wanting to make a video clip for every song on her new album. I went away and thought about it, how true! Beautiful lady and she knew. It is the same with someone like Damien too, and all other artists. Very sad. But Zeeta you are right have to unite and not give up and all contact radio stations. Power in numbers and always in teamwork! Did you see it Zeeta or anyone else.
