Thanks Belinda, it's a shame you aren't closer so we could see you at the Gala!  I had a chat with Karen from the SO today and she thanks everyone for the support so far - she has said that they now have enough volunteers (including our 2 from the forum) and was very thankful. If anyone else wishes to book tickets at the DLO table, then please be as fast as you can, please email Karen and PM me if you intend to buy tickets. Thanks!  |

Yeah, we have Shimmery and Trilly, and volunteers Morgs and Selestial I think. So hopefully we get to find out what the Photos end up going for...although being a silent Auction that may be a bit hard.....but we have our spys...so x fingers.

  That would be so good if Damien dropped in. If Eileen is feeling OK he might just do that. I don't think he lives too far from the venue. Not sure of course. I wonder if he will speak Trilly's name softly again. What a buzz if he does. He will recognise Shimbo too. He has also met Morgs and Selestial. I suppose it would depend how up close and personal they get to him. Fingers crossed for you girls.

I've been teasing Trilly all week, that she might get a suprise visitor tonight. I hope he is able to pop in to see how it is all going. I bet they are having a fantastic time. ;D

Either way I'm sure they're having a wonderful time for such a special cause. The other day in class, we were talking about special needs and charities and straight away I thought of SO and how wonderful it is that they cater for these special people.
How much money were they hoping to raise in order to send them off to their special games?? Monica told us I think but I've forgotten.
