Good luck Damien - you're a brilliant musician and I wish you all the best for the Opera House and beyond. Oh, and just think, when you win you'll never have to play Fields of Balmain Skies for a bunch of drunk rugby players ever again!

Hi Emmylu - this has taken me ages to think up and I'm still torn about sending you a photo to include. But could you put this message & poem in for Damien - oh and thanks so much from the bottom of my heart, this is just amazing what you are doing.
Hiya Damien - I could write pages and pages to express how much your Idol journey has meant to me, my family and countless other fans, but instead I put it into a poem. It's a bit cheesy so I hope you don't choke up over your dinner reading it - poetry isn't my strong point -
To sing like an angel is truely a gift
To sing from your heart is divine
To listen to you performing night after night
Can only be described as sublime
You have lifted our spirits
You've taken us to the depths of our souls
You have expressed our deepest emotions
And made us believe in your goals.
Thanks so much Damien for sharing your musical gift with us. I know for one that I will be there supporting you throughout your career

Hey guys,
Today mum was driving home and came across a scrapbooking place with a "closing down sale." It was their last day of business so everything was going super cheap. We got a gorgeous $50 scrapbook for $10 and heaps of stickers and stuff. It was so cool.
So now we can reall accessorize this thing for Damo, Eileen and Jarvis!
