hey guys...
I don't know if you guys like the idea or not, however my mum can get it sent to the studios, so I was thinking we could have a card passed on to Damien. If you like, leave a short message to Damien and your state (don't worry about the state if you don't wanna) and I'll make a card and write all the messages down and pass it on to him.
What do you guys think....

Hey Emmy - I think thats a fantastic idea - I've contemplating one similar to that in my head lol for about a week!
Mine was a bit off yours - it was like a scrapbook sorta message book where everybody writes a message to him and his family about his journey etc and we like print the messages off and yea like stick them into a message book...
Either way I want him to have something to remeber his adoring fans and when he finally realised that he is now stuck with us ;D ... even if i have to follow him around Australia to give him something lol!

I like the scrapbook idea, would probably take a bit longer to organise though. We should do one of those for him later, maybe after Idol is over.
Hmm... a message... I'll have to think about that. Mostly so it doesn't end up a ten-page essay. ;D

thats a good idea. We could get pictures of him and possibly even his fans (don't worry if you don't wanna post pics of yourself, I'm not entirely happy with my pics being posted on the net either) and put it together in a scrapbook. I'm quite happy to put it all together, just get posting and I'll do the rest.

nah, thats fine, my sister is into the whole scrapbooking thing, I'm sure she'll help. Just put together whatever you want done and I'll do everything else

Emmy please let me contribute towards the costs too - I'm getting all excited about this, what a great idea. I will write my message tomorrow as I'm getting tired now and I want to think clearly about what I want to say to our D :-)

whenever you guys find time to do it, I don't mind. Do you guys think he should get it before or after the Finale..... if you want it before the Grand Final then I suppose maybe by next Tuesday or Wednesday night, but if you want him to get it after the Grand Final then maybe by next Saturday (not tomorrow, I mean the 25th.... I think thats the date). What do you guys think? Either way, he'll still get it. I'm not sure if my mums friend can have it passed on to him or not, she's asking him within the next few days, but, I know where the studios are and I can contact them and have it posted or delivered to the studios, so either way, he'll still get it... and seriously, don't worry about costs, if I didn't want to do it, I wouldn't have offered. I have most of the stuff at home anyway. I'll email the guys at Idol tonight or tomorrow, it would probably be easier just to have it express posted or delivered to them anyway, but either way, I'll make sure it's passed on to him.
