Just another quick note -

I also really appreciate everyone's patience in reading the many many updates as I was posting them - I know how hard it can be to keep up if you don't visit the forum every day and for that reason I tried to cross reference the information posts all over the board so if you missed it one place, you'd see a note somewhere else.

Massive learning curve for me, as this time it was the first time and I was figuring it all out "on the run" so to speak. But I hope I have learnt a lot along the way and my goal for the next project as far as presenting it on the forum is to make it really simple, streamlined and easy to follow.

The continued threads of discussion were good, but next time I think it'd be better to have one main information thread that only you and the mods can post to so people don't get confused with what's a suggestion or a final plan.

But well done on the whole thing this time around, Shim. That big first entry about the SO was full of excellent info and I got a lot of help from it ;D

I agree about the different threads OzBrat. I think it was confusing too - I also just realised half way that we needed to move some of it to the secret forum so that Damien couldn't peek at the tally updates, so that's the reason for that

For next time I will have it outlined before I start so it will seem much more orderly.

I'm really glad you found the first post informative! That one was a monster, so wow I'm thankful that you all read it because Monica said the process went very smoothly their end, everyone did the follow up calls or emails, it was really great of you all and it made a huge difference in organising it.
