Hey everyone - just went into Damien's Myspace and it has been totally revamped. There's a new colour scheme (similar to the new official site) a cool slideshow, you can listen to Night of My Life and there's even a new message from Damien. Worth a look!

I know...I was so shocked when I saw it! But it looks great, and very professional. Interestingly I saw a comment from someone wondering whether it was really 'him'...I guess now the page has lost some of its 'homeliness', people dont believe its actually his? And I noticed that murfs and Neski are still right up there on the friends page...you go girls!  |

Ok now I'm feeling Post-Idol syndrome lol Now that he's posted over there, he probably won't come here anymore and now that he's so busy he won't reply to messages or comments on his myspace anymore  ok don't mind me lol |

The new myspace looks lovely - great colour scheme! I guess people are confused because of the recent change of address? Interesting to see them encouraging people to buy from Sanity on there though...  |

Yeh - my daughter works in our local Sanity so I will ask her tonight if she can find out why their sales don't count - curious since they are practically the biggest music chain in Oz!

It's a little sad. But I hope he realises that we are happy for him and all the things he's going to achieve now, even if he can't be as personal with everyone any more. The Sanity thing is odd. My mother was in our local one the other day and asked the guy at the counter about the ARIA charts thing, and he got all sulky with her. |

*hugs murfs* Its probably going to be a lot harder for him now to be more personal with his fans, yes. His star is truly rising, there are going to be so many of us now! It will be harder for him to keep up with the screaming hoardes  And, I hate to say it, but you are probably right in that this isnt the place he will come to anymore either. (although I really hope he or Eileen will lurk and read occasionally...especially the messages bit!  ) But murfs, even though its a little sad, you know he still must appreciate you guys and everything you've done, so much...I'm sure of it. And now we get to see him do what he loves...its going to be so cool! *big teary hugs* |
