Lol Braffy's Song: She specially asked me to tell you he finally sang her 12,000 Posts song with the guitar!  short but thoroughly sweet... it was a lot of fun and he had to explain to the audience it was a bit of an 'in' joke... Braffy was so chuffed and Damien's such a good sport  I'll try to add more later in the morning. Just off to get some lovely dreams now ;D |

Hi Nuffy!!! So great, we are on together, has been a while! lol wasn't that a brilliant moment!!! I loved it  Damien was updating it as he went - 10,000 posts? 11,000?  Ah just went back a page thank you Nuffy for the set-list! It was a great night, wasn't it!! We were so close all right, it was fabulous!! |

Hiya Shims Yes, it's been ages since we've been on together  It was so wonderful tonight. I just couldn't believe how close we were to the stage and I even sat back a bit. But yeah, I thought the way he started with 22000 posts then kept adjusting till Braffy said he was right was so funny. Wonderful company tonight too I'll try to post the few photos and super short video later today. and it's all thanks to Braffy for the set list . I was definitely on lazy self-indulgent mode tonight. |

 ;D  Hi all. I am home. I have to stay up until after I get rid of the kids the children all leave the house for their various locations. About 8 am - 8.15 I will be hitting the sack ready to do it all again tonight ;D  There is not much to add. Has anyoine told you that Damien sang 'Braffy's Song'? *feels especially chuffed* To cut a long story short........at the special lunch earlier this year I had a joke with Damien about writing a song for me (since I have the highest number of posts). We were up to 12,000 posts when the Proboards had their big blowout and we lost 2 months worth of posts, photos etc. In that process I lost approx 1300 posts. I have hit the 12,000 posts again so I reminded Damien on his Myspace site about my 'Braffy's 12,000 Posts' song. Tonight he made the mistake  of asking for a request and before anyone had a chance to open their mouths I had called out 'Braffy's Song', so Damien launched into song. It varied from 10,000 - 22,000 posts.  Thank you so much Damien. It was fantastic.   Shims gave you the wardrobe report. The shirt was the one that he had in Melbourne. The small check one that Trilly complained about because it is not a good shirt for photography. I can't remember the expression that she used. (would flared photography sound correct?) Black connies and tight black jeans again (and he had 70c in his pocket  ) He had the lovely certificate presented to him from Krissy via Dawn. He had been joking all night about how handsome he was as a teenager (and now) and when he was given the certificate which said something about being awarded to the Sexiest Body etc. he cracked up and read it out aloud.  Krissy, if you read this, would you be able to post what was on the Certificate. Dawn threw him some red fishnet stockings but I don't think he noticed them. When we were talking to Eric and Indie later, Dawn mentioned them to E & I and Dawn gave them to Indie to wear, which she probably will tonight. I won't describe what she had on for this concert. The photos will have to tell you the story.  I mentioned to her about the gold dress that she was almost wearing at Blacktown. She asked if we would like her to wear it for the concert tonight and we said yes. I don't know if she plans on wearing the red fishnet stockings with the gold dress, but with Indie anything is possible. We also had roses for Damien. The way the tables were placed I was sort of hemmed in so I was giving the rose to Damien , but it was easier for Dawn to take it from me and place it on the speaker in front of Damien. I will come back if I think of anything more. GET BETTER DAMIEN

He was telling one of his stories  when a called out SCANDALOUS. Dawn has something to say, but I will leave it for her to post on Friday. We saw Noeleen's sister   but we didn't have a big chat tonight. The tables made it a bit awkward to get to other tables. |

Thanks so much for the reports Shims, Nuffy & Braffy, it is so lovely to hear what went on, Braffy, you lucky thing, you finally got your song wow, you must be so thrilled, Damien is so great, I can't wait to see what the others have for us. It's ok, I've just read nuffys report, I missed it earlier, she mentioned how long Damien was on for and what was wrong with him.  OMG...the poor thing has a sore throat!!!! and he is suppose to be filming tonight! |

I didn't want to spoil it and it is very hard to sing when you are like this ;D  Also, he kept changing the lyrics I have to get another 10,000 posts in just to keep up with the song The meal was beautiful. The entree that I had though I think was missing the chicken, but they made up for it with tomato paste. It was Chicken Raviolli. I had anothr chicken dish - Medallion chicken as the main and it was very, very nice. I had banana (can't get away from it - must be because Dawn was sitting next to me ) Split. It was reaaaaallllllly yummy. The salmon wrap looked nice (entree) but I don't eat seafood normally. The waiters all seemed nice except no ice means bring ice in your drink, and coffee after dessert means have it now regardless.  I shouldn't lie, they took the coffee away and brought me another one after I had finished my dessert. One of the waiters that was serving us was having her first night there so we told her she had picked a great night to start. Dawn bought the red fishnets through eBay. They were very big nets. It finished around the 11.30 mark, I thought he actually came on at 9.20 but everyone else (Shims and Nuffy) have said 9.30 He was supposed to start at 9.30 Jarvis has a bit of a sore throat and Damien is feeling similar symptoms. To those of us who have seen Damien several times, we could tell the difference in his singing. To the uninitiated, they would not have noticed anything. I hope he is resting up well today and staying warm.   He was so funny all night though. I will say one thing....My idea that I was wanting to do, when I kept asking for someone who could photoshop for me, well it doesn't matter now, because it has been done. I was wanting to put Eric's head on a body wearing Speedo's. Damien produced a photo last night. It appeared as if Eric didn't know it was going to happen, but who knows?  |

Wow sounds like another great show  Sorry that Damien had to leave right away at the end but I do hope he is feeling better for the big one tonight - would be a shame if he isn't 100% for the filming  And how disappointing that Eric is finishing up this week. I love the rapport he and Damien have together Thanks for all the reports ladies and enjoy tonight as well ;D PS - if you're reading this Damien, lots of honey and lemon.....and REST! |

It sounds like you all had a marvellous time!! How cool was that, Braffy??!  You had a song sung to you, and it sounds like it was hilarious!! Isn't Damien such a sweetheart, to remember things like that?? Can you tell us more about the words, of the tune?? Was it done to 22 steps?? |
