Thanks Trilly, you guys cracked me up to. One other thing I do recall when we were all up dancing at the stage There was this lady who I met and gigled with last time I went to the crown (I don't know her name!) but she actually irish jigged along with music and was so good! She sat next to Myst and DH, Myst might know. There are a lot of D buffs out there just floating around. I hope everyone is recovering, its hard coming back down to planet earth again. P.S This lady wasn't Beth or Melissa, but you guys probably would know her-seen her around the Melbourne shows, lovely lady anyway, and a pretty "S" Hot Irish dancer too!!!!!!!!

Dh and I have arrived home safely after a fantastic weekend and so many things are coming back to me! Reading the menu by torchlight, Braffy accidentally cooling her feet off in a huge puddle (I was so concerned for you Braffster  ) but you soldiered on. Eric coming out on stage and on seeing our group exclaimed "Oh no, not you again!" Cheeky buggar! The bum cleavage and me telling Di to take photos to post on DLO! Di's reply to me "I already have." Di being the consummate social butterfly and saying hello to Collingwood players who were wandering around the Crown complex. There was a Collingwood do on at Crown complete with black and white balloons ;D and Di was torn. Should she crash the Collingwood do or see Damien in concert? Damien won out!  Di you are a gem!  I only remembered on Saturday morning that I'd climbed on stage and asked the rest of the Damienites to join me as backing dancers! Why did you all sit frozen in your seats? Didn't you want to join me in looking like a dickhead? I do recall Indi turning around and glaring at me so I jumped off the stage in trepidation! Plugger was like this.  Plugger it was so great to meet you. We had a lot of fun until I became semi-comatose!  Krissy's squeeeeee! I've got photos! Mouth agape, eyes glazed. I remember fireballs whirling up from somewhere below the smoking area balcony and the sound of men cheering. It frightened the life out of me. I still have to get my head around that one! OK, I'll leave it for now and post a few photos in the Photo Gallery. I'm so tired I can't sleep but I can't think straight either. Staying at a winery for the weekend and constantly sampling wines will do that to you! ;D |

Myst, It was so nice to meet you, and no matey you did not scare me at all. I promised my DH I would behave.......I was tempted to hop up there with you but I saw the dirty look already happening from on stage. You were a crack up...........The thing is you traveled a long way and had a good time and thats what it is about. I so look forward to seeing your pics. I am glad you had a great weekend. Take care.

I couldn't believe when I saw you on the stage, I was like What is she doing? It was hilarious A few years ago Collingwood would have won out, but these days its Damien for sure   Wouldn't miss a Melbourne gig for anything! It was nice seeing you all again  ALL OF YOU!! |
