It's 3.30 am, Im exhausted (we've been Hutting) after a long day, but i can't go to bed without saying this: PLASTIC MAN!!  D sang it live for the first time..and OMG it was absolutely brilliant! I adored it..and made that rather clear.  It semed to be well received by the audience as well. ;D and firstly tonight Kevin had a stint in the gogo cage with his bodhran..hah.  . followed later by D, who said after his little dance on the pole.. "gee, I haven't wiggled my arse like that for a while..I think I've strained it" This was another great night. ;D It was nice to hear Asha play .. what a pretty girl too! She's very mellow on the violin..and her one marrraca!  The sold out full house loved this gig, even though they were quiet for a fair bit until the second set. By the way, this started late because ...the FILM CREW were faffing around with gaffer tape until 930...yes, I said FILM crew. The first half was filmed... more later.  D changed the set list around ( Dawn has it) because of the filming. He was supported by a nice duo on drum and banjo/harmonica/guitar. Cool bluesy sound. Banter and jokes were hilarious again tonight too.. Eric cracked me up. I just adore the rapport and friendly stirirng that happens so naturally between Damien and his old mate. They really enjoy giving each other hell! More much later in the morning..need my beauty sleep!..  . |

OMG he sang Plastic Man live, I had a dream about him singing that the other night  and a film crew  can't wait to hear more about this show Trilly, enjoy your rest, you must be exhausted, but don't sleep too late |

Oooh, I'd forgotten about the pole dancing cage! Wow, he sang Plastic Man!  How cool! And it was filmed! ;D Can't wait to hear more! Sounds like an awesome show! |

I haven't got much time, I have to catch a train soon, but I'll try to give you a few more details. Firstly when we arrived, Hype and hyperMum were there, Glawz and her lovely DH arrived a bit later. We were separated at different tables but got together during the night to squeee and chat. Brilliant company, thankyou ladies, including Dawn's's two friends who sat with us. "TheToilet talk" during the night was brilliant! The ladies were really enjoying the gig, how brilliant D's voice is live, and how funny he is..and how great Eric's guitar was. Kevin is very popular with the ladies, his Irish charm goes down very well  We're a little worried!  OK Set List: next! |
