okay I'm back from my coffee with my anti-Damien friend. we had a lovely talk (she's a great girl - just deluded, poor thing) about everything that had absolutely nothing to do with a certain Irish/ Aussie, any form of music, heavy bumper to bumper city traffic, star city, tartlets etc. etc etc. so i'm all fired up and you have me for the next few hours ;D

Hi guys! Am working on the Celebration vid today and should have it up at some point today

From my perspective up the back the crowd went off for Celebration (you can see it on the video) but the Damienites up the front didn't get up!!! - I thought you'd go off!! Though in the video we can see the backs of your heads bopping along and hands waving. I was going nuts up the back even while filming, you can hear me laughing on the video when the jumping starts, D was just so sweet! He was very tentative starting the song, then got into it more, then just let go and had fun with it and it was incredibly endearing!!! - to much cheering and laughter all round.

Safe trip BG! Oh we had a great time in the bar, it was the Hut all over again!!!

Last night we had Song for Jarvis - yay! But sorry to miss Come To Me, it seems Damien swaps these two. The set list was a little different, Crying wasn't 4th, it was a bit further in. Come To Me was gorgeous the 1st night.

okay i'm in a typing, chatterbox, kind of mood. so i will pitch my recap a little differently - based on the nights events, including, but not based solely on, the performance. First of all, i think everyone can clarify now, that i'm the biggest chatterbox ever - i don't think i shut up - poor dears.

well yesterday played out a little differently from usual. I was awoken in the early hours by the gentle tones of a 4 year old throwing up - and so continued that night and the morning. therefore i could not go to work and so, whilst M sleeped things off, I lived on this computer, waiting to see if any news had come through on the competition then hubs came home at lunchtime deciding that if i wasn't working, then neither was he - phew so i didn't have to panic about him getting home late. he even picked J up from school - leaving me way to much time to 'beautify' myself

i'd planned to leave home at 5.30, to get to Star City by 6 (according to the RTA the drive actually should take 15 mins) - but I couldn't contain myself and was in the car by 5.15. Thunder and lightning and rain lashing all around . i even planned my journey to avoid the City 'riots' and Chinatown.

But the traffic was bumper to bumper and I actually got to the car park at 6.20pm (phoned hubby "so you got lost then !!!" )

okay that was me getting there - i'm just going to make a coffee and then i will tell you all about the Damienites i met, but i wont be so long winded about it

Crazy yay! Great to see you up and about again today - I will be around and about but have to also have a few meetings today then off out with BF - NOT to Swoon City this time though! Unfortunately! Too much Swoon City is never enough

I'm crossing fingers hoping that in the show I go to he miraculously performs both...they are my 2 favourite originals I've heard to date

LOL! Crazy I can give you a run for your money - my poor BF when you and I got going, we didn't draw breath did we!!! It was fantastic!!!!!!!! Huttees don't run out of anything to say - you know what it's like when we all post at once - that's what it was like last night except we were all sitting together drinking cocktails etc - just brilliant!

Oh, if anyone is posting pics of all the gang - please remember to only do that in the members' areas I'll put some pics up later on too.

I should add that Mark is really nice and I enjoyed his set - his songs are very catchy, after only one time I recognised them again the 2nd night

Yes - we all got permission last night to put the pics up from everyone - but only in the private area that's a good thing to remember for other concerts, to ask everyone who wants to be in group shots if they want to be on the forum or not, then you can figure out who can be in which shots.
