Predictions: where will 22 STEPS debut on the singles chart? I'm hoping for at least Top 5.

Just heard on Nova, Damien debuted at: #11
Wish it was higher but it's still really good

11 ..Considering the EP wasn't available everywhere this week, that's a very respectable result, I think. ..(Trilly)

#11 That's pretty good for a debutante. Go D. Top 10 next week

Considering it's had virtually no radio airplay(at least in Sydney, where NOVA doesn't play it at all), #11 isn't too bad. You might find Damien sells a hell of a lot more albums.

Same here with Melbourne. I've only heard it on he Hot30 countdown. Is anyone here registered with Fox FM rate the hits because I've never heard the song on there either.

Next week there's ultra strong competition. Christina Uglyliar and Awfull Lavigne both have great singles out today. Both should debut in the top ten and Fergie and the Umbrella gal aren't going anywhere either. That said it should make top 10 next week. Both Dean Geyer and Tammy MacIntosh didn't debut at their peak positions

*eyes certain dubious entries in the top 10* Well, I think it should have placed higher. But it's a great result anyway, and I think the single is going to be around for a long time.

Alot of those top 10's will be sliding backwards pretty soon, they have been out for a while now, so hopefully next week, 22 Steps will climb into a higher postition. ;D I think it is a great start, and it will only get better...... with our help of course!
