Ahhhh thank you Spud for writing up Saturday for me and there were differing opinions on the colour of his jeans...as some thought blue and I realised they were the jeans I call faded black.  He did say a few times that the Album release will be in 6 weeks, but also indicated mid April...so could be more than 6 weeks. Apparently D is starting to say it'll be 6 weeks about everything    however, Eils definitely said the baby is due St Pat's day  , but she tends to be late. Eils was positively glowing and just so gorgeous....watching D I wanted to sing Can't take my Eyes of You to D and Eils.....so much love there  so beautiful..... Have to say I love the way Damien singd most things, but sm not in love with all the songs.... will acknowledge here however that he gets a great reaction to some of the old covers. Do feel that if he sis some of his newer originals more, they toowill become known and l  ved (yes...names please D  ) Damien actually wore the low cut black tshirt shirt for the 2nd part of the show, as you'll see in the photos and there was an audible gasp and gulp from the long middle table  hmmmmm 'someone' wrote little notes on my notes  next to Pretty Woman is SEXY AS HELL!!!! and Creep Hot Hot Hot!! Reckon I concur It's lovely how D talks about the necklace Jagger made and gave to him and there could be a flourishing business in the making there I gave Damien his gift after SLTS and he certainly came up with a great response......the card said naughty is definitely nicer Upon pulling out the gstring  D said awwwwww I've already got one of these , but he did play it and put it in the bag with the gifts from Glawz One note about the audience....definitely much younger, and certainly totally involved and appreciative....loved how the group of younger females up the back quickly rose to give a standing ovation at the end  ;D I was actually surprised that D stopped as long as he did after the show, but was great to see the enthusiastic fans having a chance for a chat/pic....Thanks D  we understand you needed to get Eils and the friend from Qld home Lovely to meet up with all my friends from DLO again, nice to see Deb and Bron introduce another friend to the talented Mr Leith |

Just a little note re Sunday night......Dinner was presented very quickly An extra little note on my notes 'Dinner came out in record time! 8:15 ! OMG!! Only change to the wardrobe was a white tshirt. Started with *Sky *Tenterfield Saddler Then held up the gstring and told the audience that it was from the ladies at the front and Cesar would be modelling it Have to laugh though Cesar just smiles when he's told, but never actually had to do it (unlike at Newcastle) *If Tomorrow Never Comes Again talked about the new Album (good stuff D) and recording at Studio B ;D *Crying *Never meant to Fail  *Beautiful Krissy needs to tell the heavy machinery joke *Golden Line- chilean version *Crazy Love *Subida * GrAnnie's Song Second Part ;D *Shine Like the Sun *Wild World Gave D his gift -the man of our dreams and he told the members of the audience they could put all their gifts at the front of the stage and Di stood up and gave D a bunch of yellow roses hehe think he was surprised there actually was another gift  *Not Just For the Weekend *Guitar Man/Stairway to Heaven *Pretty Woman *Alone *Creep *Wicked Game *Goodnight and encore *Hallelujah/Sleepwalker Krissy and I were worried that the audience tonight were noticeably quieter and older, they did however get into it and another fantastic night was had by all. Lovely to see that Eric is building up a good following too and noticed that one young couple wanted D's novel RJ signed by both Damien and Eric. Damien stayed behind longer tonight even though he had to be up for the flight to Qld and was lovely to all his fans again. We all managed to get a hug and kiss and the desired photos Thanks D Poor Glawz has been temporarily inconvenienced by having to get her computer cleaned by rogue spyware, so fingers are crossed  that it's cured asap |

Hi everyone, sorry its taken me so long to get in here, things have been crazy here since I got home and I haven't had a chance to write a report. I had a great night catching up with everyone again at the BM, Damien's voice was amazing and the set list was just BRILLIANT. I really wish I could have stayed for the Sunday night show but it was just impossible for me  I too was thrilled to bits with the way he sang PRETTY WOMAN the whole room rocked, it was just fantastic. I don't even know where to begin with how FREAKIN AMAZING Damien was this weekend! *Wolf whistles* There was something different about D, he had this... 'Sparkle' in his eyes, and his voice is a whole new level of sexiness I'm telling you Ladies!  HOLLYYYYY CRAPP!  And as you can see the setlist speaks for itself MIND-BLOWING stuff! D mentioned at the start of the show he was taking the opportunity to do songs he doesn't get to sing often, and ones he really loves ;D FAVOURITES : Golden line! (Chilean style! ) SORRY! (First song Sat night! Took me about a minute to realise it was actually Sorry  and then went nuts!  ) Crazy Love! (WOAH! Hottest version he has EVER SUNG! Espesh cause Eils was there and he was always looking over at her and smiling, awwwww D you big romantic!  ) PRETTY WOMANNNNN (No disrespect to Roy at all, but AHHHHH PICK ME OFF THE FLOORRRRR, SEXYYYY! It was like this song was made for Damien. I can't believe how much it suits his voice!) CREEP (Freakin awesome and hot as always! And Trilly's "You've got a perfect body" singing moment was a CLASSIC! So funny!) Crying! Okay... The way he sung it was...Trilly please explain it for me cause I can't find the words! BUT ARGHHHH AMAZING! So as you can see, alot of Sexiness and a lot of Awesomeness going on at BM! Woop Woop!  The presents Dawn gave Damien were hilarious! On sunday night Damien said he left the g-string on stage over night just incase anyone wanted to take it  But then drapped it over his microphone during the show While assuring us Ceasar would put it on when he got on stage! Eric then picked it up and and said it look like a mouse from the side or something?? Damien the then goes "Well it's not fit for a mouse I tell you that now! HEAVY MACHINARY ONLY" Sooooo funny! LOL. Anyways, both nights were just the best! And D being the sweetie he is, kindly gave us a lot of his time to have a chat Sunday night + got another photo too, of course ;D I had a wonderful time with all my girlies!!!  It was so great seeing you all again and I always have the best time with lots of laughs!  and Roxyyyyyy espesh meeting you for the first time  Your awesomeee ;D Oh! And it was lovely seeing you Brian Brain and Deb! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! BRING ON THE NEXT SET OF CONCERTS PLEASE! ;D |

Wow the shows sounds absolutely AMAZING!! Thanks so much for all the reports everyone! Like all of you, I just don't know how it is possible that Damien keeps getting better - yet he does!!!   It's so fantastic how the audience was so responsive both nights and full houses getting right into it, love being able to read about both shows and see all the setlists. When the audience gets into it at the BM it really goes off, such a good vibe in there. It sounds like they really appreciated all the fantastic music and it was a firecracker atmosphere! " hmmmmm 'someone' wrote little notes on my notes" - Dawn, was that an Irish 'someone' ;D - that would be so fabulous & funny if it was, love it! Aw Di, that's gorgeous that Damien didn't realise there actually were more pressies still and then received your roses  Brian that's incredible and wonderful reading about the response from the Orbison fan who loved D's versions. When you requested In Dreams last time in August I was totally blown away how Damien equalled if not bettered the original version. You wouldn't believe anyone can get close to the emotion and brilliance of the originals and then you hear Damien and it's there for all to see he is in that high realm of talent right beside such all time icons. Wow Golden Line Chilean style! Sounds intriguing!! Fantastic how many new arrangements and favourite songs were mixed into these latest shows!!! Wow (again!) Sky opened the 2nd evening?! Was it on guitar? I'm trying to think back but can't remember ever seeing Damien do that one on guitar, would have been another rare and wonderful moment! Great to read that lots of people were staying back again to have their CDs etc signed and everyone got to spend time with Damien for a while too - sounds like it was a great couple of nights, loved reading about it all! Can't wait to see the photos too! |

;D Sorry I have taken so long to get in here but I'm still in teh COma ....big time & haven't had much sleep On too much of a high... I have downloaded some videos onto my computer & OMG.... DAMIEN ROCKS I actually cryed tears of joy when I saw PRETTY WOMAN....It is so AWESOME....Wish I could share it with you but D said maybe just wait a while And Crazy LOve is another favourite Will put that up soon ;D Really don't know what to say, I had a great weekend & Damien just gets better & better Thankyou to Dawn for organizing my accommodation and thanks to Kath & Julie for letting me share their room So many Pics & videos on ...going to take forever THANKYOU DAMIEN....You are the best, and it's always worth making the trip to see you |

I requested SKY on Sat night, but he didn't play any of the songs called out.  But then Sun night he opened the show with SKY Do you think he did that just for me? I'm sure he did Oh come on don't deflate me!!  |
