One thing is for sure that if you get too cheeky then I can become a mod with a vengenece and delete *oops* Braffy, I certainly hope you typed the message above with your tongue firmly placed in your cheek? A mod with a vengenance is not something we need here and I find your comment rather threatening. If any of my posts were deleted without prior discussion with me, I would be highly insulted and would be out or here quick smart. I think it is up to the administrators (read Neski and Murf) to decide whether or not a message should be deleted. Your tone was rather heavy handed and not appreciated. You surprise me Myst. You have known me long enough to know how this message was posted. I used smilies. Your post is out of character so I will let it go and not tell you how it made me feel. I am not going to say one more thing in this thread but I WILL get angry if the book is spoilt for me by others.

Come on ladies, there's no need to be like this! Braffy, no-one here is going to purposefully ruin the book for you or for anyone else; Mysterri, you just misunderstood Braffy. There's no point in getting annoyed at each other over this book

Actually a public passworded thread is a great idea. The password could even be in the topic name for easy access. eg One More Time *Spoilers* P/W damieniscute

In case anyone missed my post yesterday! I have quoted it for you. Thanks for the ideas eveyone, but like I said, this will be discussed by the Moderators and as Neski and Murf are the administrators they will ultimately make the decision on whether or not there will be another thread created for this topic. ;D I'm sure whatever they decide you will all be happy with, they haven't let anyone down yet! Hey Guys ;D To help you out a bit, maybe the Mods will have a leetle discussion and let you know what threads will be made regarding this. I don't want anyone to accidentally come across any spoilers about the book either, so I'm sure we can come up with something to keep everyone happy

Braffy and Myst, sorry to read about your misunderstanding. Braffy, I did take your post as tongue in cheek and Myst, I am really sorry you were upset or offended by what Braffy wrote. She did have smileys and is a joking type of person. She would never use her Moderator status in that way. As for threads being deleted, as mods, we do have a right to delete a message, thats part of what a Mod does but I am sure I speak for the Admins and Mods that we would never do it for personal reasons.
*hugs* to you both as I can see you are both clearly upset by this misunderstanding.

No, I didnt miss your post...but I guess I really wanted to back gj's post about those who use the 'last 20 posts' feature - it hadnt been discussed till gj brought it up. If staff are making the decision, I figured they should at least hear everyone's view - people browse the forum in different ways! But yes, I will shut up about it now I wasn't referring to yours winter ;D alot of what is being discussed will most definitely be taken into consideration and yes I agree eveyones view is more than welcome.

I can't wait to read the book. It's my mum and her twin sisters birthday on Oct 1 ... hmmm wonder what I should get them ;-)
I'm a bookworm and just about eat books, so it probably won't affect me much one way or another, but as Roxy said, I have absolute faith that Neski and murf will come up with an idea that everyone will be happy with.
Big hugs to myst and braffy for the misunderstanding. I hate seeing my dear damienites feeling hurt or worried.

Good news!!! Looks like the hiker didn't fall off the mountain after all!! I just had a look at the Harper Collins site to see if there was any news on the book as it's getting close now - and here is their version of the cover The site lists it as a paperback and its RRP: "Publication Date: 01/10/2007; Format: B+ Format Paperback; $27.99" There's also a link there to pre-order the book if you wish - less than a week to go now - it's getting exciting!

I asked Damien if it'll be released here or not, and he said that it depends on how well WWL does - Fingers crossed And I agree with you Shims, it's really lovely!

Well Harper Collins are DEFINITELY cashing in on who Damien is. Look at the size of his name compared to the title of the book.

Oh I just love the cover of this book. Its like an insight into what the book is all about. I am also a bookworm, so can't wait for this to come out over here. Hope we don't have to wait too long.
