I keep getting flashes of sitting in a room and listening to a CD.... and hearing the word's 'Remember June' in the first song and the crowd erupting!!!!!!!!!!!!  Did that really happen??  Me too  |

Melbourne Herald-Sun Thursday 20th August - In "Extra" pages - "Hot" or "Not" says -
'Damien Leith's Remember June - Epic pop - prepare to he surprised." Definitely "HOT". Nice to see such a comment from an independent critic (not a Damienite I mean). Crikey, I can't wait to hear it after reading all above comments.

I've been thinking about how Damien has always described this album by saying it has a BIG SOUND..and thinking back to the LP and those soaring songs..I agree..  this is STADIUM stuff...epic! Damien - I truly hope you and your band are going to BELT OUT all of these BIG SOUNDS at Brisbane when you perform there at the end of the month... Grab that crowd and blow them away!!!! |

I've been thinking about how Damien has always described this album by saying it has a BIG SOUND..and thinking back to the LP and those soaring songs..I agree.. this is STADIUM stuff...epic! OMG I just want to say...I wrote that above BEFORE I even knew about the write up in the Daily Telegraph.... I very nearly posted "like U2 & Coldplay" too  and then I see this in the Tele: although you can also hear the stadium anthem hallmarks of U2, Coldplay and Snow Patrol. <<<this is exactly what I meant above!!! Maybe I psychically picked up on this article last night in my sleep!  |

The ace Sony Music team sent us the new album this week so that we could have a little listen to it. We're still to get to it, but we'll let you know what it's like when we have. The former Australian Idol's album is set for release on October 16." |

Nice find, Winter! Ooh, so it actually does say 'Intro' and 'Outro' on it. It didn't say that on the other copy. I wonder if it will say that on the actual album? Good to have that song title confirmed, 'Don't Give Up', I was wondering what it was called. The word doesn't seem to have gotten out that the album is due out on 9th October.  How did we actually find out that info? |
